0014 Administrative Assistant Sales & Customer Service
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience supporting sales and customer success functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands client priorities, and excels at keeping operations, communications, and follow-ups running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and service-driven, with the ability to anticipate needs, support revenue-generating teams, and enhance the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to sales and customer success teams
- Manage calendars, meetings, agendas, and follow-ups
- Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and internal documentation
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases (CRM, spreadsheets, client logs)
Sales & Customer Success Support
- Assist with sales pipeline tracking, proposals, contracts, and renewals
- Coordinate client onboarding materials and documentation
- Support client communications, follow-ups, and service requests
- Track customer interactions, action items, and deadlines
- Help ensure timely responses to client inquiries and issues
Client & Communication Coordination
- Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations with clients
- Draft and review professional emails, summaries, and client communications
- Support customer satisfaction initiatives and retention efforts
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer success role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar preferred)
- High attention to detail and follow-through
