What You’ll Do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for security positions, including security officers, supervisors, field managers, and administrative support roles
  • Partner with operations and HR teams to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly
  • Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and local outreach
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent across multiple shifts and regions
  • Ensure compliance with hiring standards, background checks, licensing, and onboarding procedures
  • Promote a strong employer brand in the security market through strategic outreach and professional representation

What You Bring:
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in the security, staffing, or operations-based industries
  • Proven ability to fill high-volume, time-sensitive roles
  • Experience with ATS systems and candidate screening best practices
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred)
  • A sense of urgency, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • A passion for connecting people with purpose-driven work
